USB Flash Drives

Today's market and technology put a premium on portability. Moving from home to work, from laptop to desktop and all different devices in between, it can become inconvenient to carry around a portable hard drive, email files to yourself, or burn them onto disks. USB drives have become the storage method of choice because of their small size, quick file transfer speeds, and growing capacities.

USB drives, also called "flash" drives by many, are perfect for storing work documents, pictures, music, and any other kind of file you can imagine. With USB 2.0 technology, files are transferred quickly and are more secure than ever on these handy, ultra-portable drives. Many models are designed to be added to a keychain, which allows further convenience and can help keep track of them when bags, suitcases, briefcases, and the like get shuffled around. If you are the type to bring work home with you to work on in your home office, only to take it back to the office the next day, then a USB Flash Drive may be the perfect solution for you.

Probably the best thing about Flash drives, as compared to other types of file transfer or storage methods, is the great price. With the mass production of these devices and the always-improving technology and miniaturization process, flash memory has gotten cheaper and cheaper of the last few years. Now you can get a USB drive with as much has eight gigabytes (8 GB) for only $55! This is more than enough storage for even entire programs to reside and be launched from your flash drive. So if you are looking for the ultimate in portable file storage, pick one up on our website and have it delivered right to your door.

Chair Support Cushions

You may have a comfortable office chair at home, and you may even have a relatively comfortable one at work, but if you don't and you don't want the expense of buying a new office chair altogether, another option that can make a sizable difference with a much smaller cost is a chair support cushion. Especially for those who suffer from back problems, or are just chronically uncomfortable in the workplace, chair support cushions are a great way to give yourself more support and cushion.

Far from just placing a pillow on your chair and leaning on it, our selection of chair support cushions includes some of the latest models. From simple lumbar support cushions that attach to the back of your chair and provide adjustable back support wherever it is comfortable to you, to full back, adjustable backrests that not only support your back, they promote proper posture and allow for heat to pass through the mesh so you don't have sweat and moisture build up between your back and the chair. Many of the choices are portable, so you can take them from home to work and avoid having to buy more than one.

These can also be a great gift if you know someone who is always slouching in their chair, and has back pain or discomfort on a regular basis. All models are adjustable, so they fit on virtually any chair and will increase comfort, making an aging chair more bearable. Check ou the entire selection and let us know if you have any questions or need any help with your selection.

Printing Holiday Cards with Colored Card Stock

For those who like to add a personal touch to their holiday cards, nothing is better than designing and printing them at home -- and for those people we like to think we have all of the necessary supplies to make those cards look great. This week we're featuring our Colored Card Stock Paper, which can add a splash of color to what might otherwise be the traditional and dare we say dull colors that usually adorn this season's cards. Don't get us wrong, red, white, and green are great, but wouldn't it be fun and unexpected to some blue, yellow, or pink in there just for fun?

Our selection of colored card stock can help you do that (and yes, it comes in the traditional holiday colors too), and will give your holiday cards the weight and feel of those bought (much more expensively) at gift card stores. You can design your own look and color scheme in any popular editing program, from Word to Photoshop, and then simply replace the standard printer paper with 65lb card stock and print normally. The paper does a great job of soaking up the ink and displaying the color, and with a little creative inspiration, you can have high quality, unique holiday cards that your family and friends will appreciate.

If you need any help or have any questions with our selection, please let us know and we will be glad to help. Thanks for reading and Happy Holidays from the team at Gotoforms.com!

SD Cards - Cheap and Convenient File Storage

Today's information and files take up more space than ever before, and business (and even school) standards require that have presentations, pictures, and other large files available on demand. Perhaps the easiest and most convenient way to do this, especially when combined with the need for digital camera memory, is with SD cards, which are fast becoming a staple of office and business life.

SD Cards, or memory cards as they are sometimes called, come in three sizes: SD, miniSD, and microSD. For convenience, many mini and micro SD cards come with a regular SD card holder that you can plug the smaller card into in order to put it into a reader and retrieve your information. In order to write or read information from your SD memory, you will need a memory card reader, which can be attached to your computer using a USB connection, or may be included in your desktop PC or printer already. Another option for increased convenience is USB "thumb drives" which are compatible with the microSD format, allowing you to transform your microSD card into a thumb drive at will, and then put it back inside your digital camera, printer, or other device.

Gotoforms.com has several models of SD card memory cards available. With capacities up to 4 or 8 gigabytes, they are a great replacement for writable CDs and are compatible with most digital cameras on the market. You can make transporting presentations, pictures, and all of your other information hassle-free, and best of all, they are amazingly affordable with a 1GB card costing around $20. Check out the selection we have available and let us know if you need any help or have any questions. Thank you for shopping Gotoforms.com and happy holidays!
