Business Envelopes

If your business sends out mailers to your customers, whether it’s invoices, marketing materials, or anything else, you can shave costs from your budget by getting business envelopes and mailing supplies for less from Gotoforms.com. We have a wide selection for any type of mailing, and can save you money with bulk discounts if you stock up on your supplies.

The most basic of business envelopes are the common, or “regular,” envelopes, and window envelopes. The latter are for mailings that are pre-printed with the recipient’s address in a specific spot, so that the envelopes don’t need to be hand addressed or printed separately. We have both types of envelopes in a variety of sizes and colors, with 2500 envelopes per box and prices as low as $47.13, and you can save up to 10% if you buy in bulk. We also have check envelopes that are specially made with a window that shows through to the name and address on the check. Regardless of what kind of envelope you use, our quality business envelopes and letterhead will give your business a professional appearance in your daily communications, and save you money.

Don’t forget to check out the rest of our mailing supplies as well, including mail room supplies, larger format envelopes, collators, and much more. With Gotoforms.com, you can save money on everything you need to keep your business running – if you can’t find something, feel free to contact our customer service department and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Greeting Card Paper

The holiday season is fast approaching, and it's already time to start thinking about what you are going to get for everyone on your list, and what you'll do for your extended family, who may not get gifts but a family greeting card instead. If you've never done it before, this might be the year for you to start sending out home-made greeting cards using your computer, inkjet printer, and specialized paper for greeting cards by Printworks.

The process of making your own family Christmas or holiday card is pretty simple. Use whatever editing program you wish (Adobe, Corel, etc.), making sure to use the proper size based on the greeting card paper you get. For instance, the Printworks Greeting Card - one half fold 8 1/2" by 11" paper that is specially made in heavy weight cardstock and quality intended for greeting card production. There is also a 4" x 6" version that might be better for greeting cards. The 8.5” x 11” variety is only $52 per pack, which gets you 120 sheets, enough to send to most, if not all, of your family and friends.

Once you have the size down and you add your pictures and text, it's just a matter of loading your greeting card paper into your inkjet printer (likely through the feed tray, not the regular paper tray) and print however many you need. You can add a personal touch by printing your own envelopes as well, and put together a more meaningful card from your family to all of your friends and loved ones. If you have any questions about Printworks greeting card paper or anything else you may need to print your cards this year, just let us know and we’ll be glad to help. Remember we offer free shipping on orders over $75, so if your paper doesn’t get to that mark, consider adding some inkjet toner or other supplies with it so you can save on shipping! Thanks for reading, and happy card printing!
