Verbatim’s high-capacity Linear Tape-Open (LTO) Ultrium tape cartridges surpass current tape capacity and performance benchmarks while maintaining the highest data integrity. With a capacity of 200GB and a 30-year archival life, these powerful, single-reel cartridges are ideally suited for backup, restoration and archival applications in the most demanding library environments. Cartridges are rated to withstand over 20,000 load/unload cycles and 1 million tape passes. Verbatim’s LTO media supports compatible drives from Hewlett Packard, IBM, Seagate and all other leading manufacturers, while offering data transfer rates of 20-40 MB/s for the first-generation 8-channel version.
